Konstantinos’ moto is “Doing agile and being agile are two different things”.
AGILE TRANSFORMATION

Think big, have a vision, know how to reach the top of the mountain by having a mission in place and based on your values, drive the organization to success.

Identifying "why" we need to walk the agile transformation path is the fundamental pre-requisite of the pull approach. Engagement of top management and the employees of the organization in the whole process, is equally important in order to be agile and do not end up doing agile for the sake of it.

Inspect and adapt is the way to go. To have the expected results, we always work on 3 pillars, Communication, Collaboration and Transparency!
